COUNCEL
Responsibilities
- As being Founder this group will always be the guiding force of the Association.
- Maximum 4 members of this group can join the central team.
- Rest will act as the mentors of regional chapters.
- They will act as the keeper of constitution. Amendment in the constitution can be done this body only.

COMMITTEE
Team Formation
- All the regional presidents are members of this team.
- Maximum 4 members of Governing Counsel can be part of it.
Responsibilities
- Alignment with state and central Government policies.
- Coordination with Universities and colleges abroad regarding agents problems.
- Coordination with embassies and high commission for the betterment of industry.

CHAPTER
Team Formation
- The first team will be selected by Central Committee, which will work till the elections.
- Elections can only be conducted after the chapter crosses 40 members.
- Minimum of three positions will be filled by-elections (President, General Secretary and Treasures).
- The team will be elected for two financial years.
Responsibilities
- Coordination with Local administration (CP and DC).
- CSR activities to create positivity in the area.
- Helping chapter members in their local issue related to our trade.
